St. George....
Yes we did go to St George in the heat of the
sun this last weekend...and yes it was hotter
than blazes. So we spent the day in the pool.

We also went and hiked the Narrows... well we

kind of hiked the Narrows we took the long walk

(in the heat of the sun) to get to the river and

then we just ended up walking up the river a

little ways and then we sat in it and boy did that

feel good.

This is my little fish. I took the video because

I just loved watching her little legs working. We

have been swimming a few times this summer

and each time she improves a little bit more.
